2. Products

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include Belgian VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product descriptions and cover images are provided for informational purposes; minor differences from the physical product may occur.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through this website and are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We use Stripe for secure payment processing — we never receive or store your card details directly on our servers. Accepted payment methods are determined by Stripe at checkout.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure it is correct.

4. Shipping

• Physical CDs are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmed payment.
• Shipping is free and fully tracked.
• We ship via La Poste / Bpost. Delivery times vary by destination.
• For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties or customs fees levied by their country.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under Belgian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, provided the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@ut3-records.com. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloads once the download has begun.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect your name, email address, and shipping address solely to fulfil your order. For newsletter subscribers, your email is stored to send updates about our releases and activities — you can unsubscribe at any time.

All recordings, artwork, texts, and other content on this site are the property of MuziekKompagnie VZW | UT3-Records or the respective rights holders. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

UT3 Records shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from delays or errors in delivery beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, postal disruption, etc.).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
